Cancelling An Undelivered Order

You can cancel an undelivered order by filling out our online return form found under the My Account tab under the Completed Orders link.

If you submit this form before the item has been shipped, we will be able to cancel your current order and we will refund your money with no questions asked.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) using the Authorisation code that we provide you with. Once the item(s) is returned to us, unopened and in new condition, you will be fully refunded.
