Chibebe work tirelessly alongside an accredited worldwide recognised testing laboratory to ensure that our Slumber Pods meet not only the highest in mandatory (compulsory) safety standards for your baby, but also for voluntary (non-compulsary) standards such as health and flammability aspects.

We work with one of the worlds leading testing laboratories for testing products for safety, and we are proud to be associated with them.  As part of our ongoing commitment to baby safety, we would like to ask all those who own a Slumber Pod with a zipper lever attached to the inner zipper (2nd zipper),  to return them to us at (Chibebe. PO Box 371. NOBLE PARK. VIC. 3174), along with your postal receipt (for refund of the postage cost), for the zipper tag be removed. It’s a simple process—we only require the bean bag be sent back to us for removal of the zipper head, after which it will be returned to the customer by post within 24 hours. Please advsie on the postal receipt, your Paypal ID or bank deposit details for refund payment.

We work hard to ensure that Chibebe Slumber Pods are of the highest quality and our reports of compliance to both mandatory and voluntary standards reflect this. We urge all potential buyers of baby bean bags to insist on a viewing of any reports obtained before purchasing. They should state an age that they can be used from (ie: newborn/birth).

With the actual standards required being initially a little fuzzy, we at Chibebe are proud to play a huge part in clearly identifying the standards required, both mandatory and voluntary, for all manufacturers of baby bean bags for use in Australia, and will continue to do so on a regular basis. Yes, they are a cute addition to your baby's furniture range, but there is much more to it than that for us.

You can rest assured that as long as you are buying a Chibebe Slumber Pod, you are buying the safest and healthiest product for your baby, and one that has been fully tested for not only the mandatory safety requirements, but also tested under voluntary (non-mandatory) standards.

There may be imitations, but only one true brand that cared for your baby from the very beginning, and will always care. 

That's right, there are no short cuts or budget cuts when it comes to ensuring the best in safety, health and comfort for your baby. And we have the reports to prove it!
